Role overview
Transformation Portfolio Lead responsible for managing and overseeing a service transformation portfolio across personal banking, wholesale banking, and the contact centre.
The role is based out of the client's Dubai office and supports service transformation, project governance, and customer experience objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, their interdependencies, resourcing requirements, and changes affecting project priorities.
- Build relationships with Group Heads, senior business stakeholders, and external vendors while maintaining effective portfolio communications.
- Facilitate steering committees with Executive Committee members and resolve conflicts regarding project priorities.
- Ensure the quality of project charters, business requirements documents, project reviews, business cases, and implementation planning.
- Design change adoption strategies covering training and communications, and coach business units on project and change management.
- Advise on business cases, UAT strategies, and risk or compliance initiatives undertaken by business units.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive bank and project information and comply with Central Bank of UAE guidelines.
- Support internal audits, close audit points through procedure realignment, and provide regular portfolio reporting.
- Manage consulting RFPs for specific business units and help ensure delivery of business case value.
