Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Project Manager - Fit Out for a client, based in a Dubai office.
The role plans, coordinates, implements, and evaluates activities related to company buildings and branches.
The position manages project constraints including cost, time, scope, and quality.
The role supports the Support Service function and serves the bank across its locations.
Principal Accountabilities
- Manage fit-out projects from initiation to handover across planning, design coordination, procurement, execution, and close-out.
- Coordinate internal departments and external contractors, consultants, and suppliers for seamless delivery.
- Develop and track project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and risk, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide project updates and dashboards to senior management and escalate issues promptly.
- Lead project and facilities teams according to company policies and procedures.
