Role Overview
Credit Analyst role on a one-year contract for a client based out of its Dubai office.
The role supports credit management and end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations.
The position also supports compliance, process optimization, and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately in SAP within defined service timelines and approved credit policies.
- Validate orders from B2B, EDI, E.Best, and other channels, as well as manual orders.
- Manage order suppression with required authorization and verification of credit terms and payment conditions.
- Review customer credit exposure, payment terms, and compliance with credit policies.
- Manage Order-to-Cash activities and resolve issues affecting fulfillment and collections.
- Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities in credit and order processing.
- Maintain documentation and controls for policy, procedure, and audit compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least four years of relevant experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, Order Management, or Finance operations.
- FMCG experience is essential, preferably in a high-volume distribution or commercial environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP and finance or order-processing systems.
Required Skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills for large-dataset analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Practical Power BI experience for reporting, data analysis, and business insights.
- Strong understanding of credit management principles, customer credit terms, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
- Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
