Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and generate leads through prospecting, canvassing, broker networks, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct viewings, present units, negotiate approved commercial terms, and prepare offer letters, LOIs, and lease documentation.
• Coordinate tenant onboarding, Ejar registration, lease execution, and handover to property management.
• Maintain pipeline, availability, and stacking-plan records, and prepare reports on conversions, rents, and market intelligence.
• Ensure all brokerage activity complies with REGA requirements, the Real Estate Brokerage Law, and company policies.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Commercially driven, target-focused, confident negotiating with tenants, brokers, and operators, and able to move transactions through signature.
• Professional and persuasive when engaging with landlords, tenants, and brand representatives, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Organized and accurate in maintaining pipelines, documentation, and availability data, while collaborating with property management, marketing, and legal teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, marketing, or a related field, plus 2–4 years of KSA or GCC leasing, brokerage, or real estate sales experience.
• A valid FAL license is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, while Ejar and CRM familiarity is advantageous.
• Arabic and English fluency is required. The role requires a valid driving license, reliable transportation, and regular travel to assets and client meetings.
