- Check supplies to ensure sufficient stock for the shift
- Prepare needed documents (registration forms, welcome folders) prior to arrivals
- Acknowledge and welcome guests as they approach the desk
- Check OPMS records for guest history and specialized instructions
- Assist guests in completing registration forms and direct them to appropriate lifts
- Coordinate with Concierge staff
Requirements
- At least 1 year working experience in a hotel
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English and Arabic
- Pleasant, friendly, and cheerful attitude

Job Summary
- The Residence Guest Service Associate is responsible for guest registration, guest check out, cashiering, and foreign exchange.
- The position is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries/requests.
As a Residence Guest Service Associate, we rely on you to
- Checks supplies to ensure that stock is sufficient for the expected business within the covered shift and/or for the day.
- Prior to arrivals, prepares all needed documents (registration forms, vineyards, welcome folders, etc.) to facilitate check in.
- Acknowledges and welcomes guests as soon as guest approaches the desk.
- Checks OPMS records for guest history and specialized instructions.
- Assists guests in completing the registration form, reviewing entries to ensure important details are included.
- Directs guests to appropriate lifts and coordinates with Concierge staff.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 1 year working experience in a hotel.
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the Arabic language).
- Pleasant, friendly, and cheerful attitude.
- This Position is for Saudi Nationals Only.
