- Process and confirm guest room reservations made by phone, letter, or fax
- Input all reservations into the computer, recording pertinent information
- Attend to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations
- Remain up to date with all hotel promotions and apply rate management
- Maintain accurate room status at all times
- Answer incoming calls per Rotana standards and check incoming emails
- Organize visa requests for hotel guests as per policy
- Upsell whenever an opportunity is identified
Requirements
- Experience in hotel reservations or front office preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reservation software and computer systems
- Knowledge of hotel rate structure and promotions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Job Overview
- We are seeking a passionate and dynamic guest focused Revenue professional to deliver extraordinary customer service and creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and confirm guest room reservations made by phone, letter, or fax.
- Input all reservations into the computer, recording all pertinent information.
- Attend to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
- Remain up to date with all promotions in and around the hotel.
- Follow established procedures to process all room reservations, rates, confirmations, hotel facilities, etc.
- Show complete product knowledge, understand rate structure and apply rate management.
- Maintain established filing system for all correspondence and collate reports as required.
- Promote and maintain good public relations and endeavor to maximize business.
- Maintain an accurate room status at all times.
- Ensure all incoming calls are answered per Rotana standards, information received by fax is inputted, and check incoming emails.
- Organize visa request for hotel guests as per hotel policy and up sell whenever an opportunity is identified.
