Responsibilities
- Handle all room reservation enquiries to the required standard
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all reservations
- Maximize revenue potential through upselling and increasing length of stay
- Answer telephone before the 3rd ring following hotel techniques
- Follow up administration of reservations thoroughly
- Transform information requests into potential reservations
- Present brand and loyalty program to guests
- Enter reservation details precisely and correctly
- Confirm reservations and take care over written communications
- Maintain up to date knowledge of hotel and local services
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 2 year experience in Front Office, Reservations, or Sales, preferably in hospitality
- Professional telephone etiquette and strong written communication skills
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Detail oriented with ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions independently

Job Description
- Handle all room reservation enquiries to the required standard.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all reservations.
- Maximize revenue potential through upselling and increasing length of stay.
- Answer telephone before the 3rd ring following Novotel & Adagio telephone techniques.
- Follow up administration of reservations thoroughly.
- Transform a request for information into a potential reservation.
- Present the brand and Group's loyalty program (ALL) to guests.
- Enter reservation details precisely and correctly.
- Confirm the reservation; take care over written communications.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
- Report for duty punctually wearing correct uniform and name tag.
- Attend training and meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 2 year experience in Front Office, Reservations, or Sales, preferably in hospitality.
- Professional telephone etiquette and strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office.
