- Consistently offer professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
- Demonstrate complete understanding of outlet's Policies & Procedures and Service Standards
- Have full knowledge of Menu, Beverage lists, and promotions
- Assist Guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Carry out duties in accordance with local occupational health and safety legislation
- Report hazards, unsafe practices, or defective equipment to Supervisor
- Use proper lifting techniques and ask for help when needed
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of International Cuisine, buffet and a la carte
- 5 years of culinary experience in a hotel environment
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Food Hygiene and Safety trained
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, guest driven
