Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
- Demonstrate complete understanding of outlet's Policies & Procedures and Service Standards
- Have full knowledge of Menu, Beverage lists and all promotions
- Assist Guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Carry out all duties in accordance with local occupational health and safety legislation
- Comply with all Company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
- Report all hazards, unsafe practices or defective equipment to Supervisor
- Report and seek treatment for all injuries or illness sustained in the workplace
- Use right tools and equipment for the job, operate safely
- Follow all established safe work practices
- Properly use and care for all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of International Cuisine, buffet and a la carte
- 5 years of culinary experience in a hotel environment
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Food Hygiene and Safety trained
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, guest driven

Job Description
- To consistently offer professional, friendly, warm and engaging service

- To have full knowledge of the Menu, Beverage lists in the outlet and outdoor catering locations and all other promotions
- Knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Assist Guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- To follow all of safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Carry out all duties in accordance with local occupational health and safety legislation
- Comply with all Company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
- Report all hazards, unsafe practices or defective equipment to your Supervisor
- Report and seek treatment for all injuries or illness sustained in the workplace
- Use the right tools and equipment for the job, and operate equipment safely
- Follow all established safe work practices; do not take any unnecessary chances
Qualifications
- Have a strong working knowledge of International Cuisine, buffet and a la carte
- With 5 years of culinary experience in a hotel environment
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Food Hygiene and Safety trained
- Enthusiastic and with outgoing personality who is very guest driven
