- Provide a warm and professional interaction with all guests by phone and email, ensuring their first impression reflects the restaurant’s high standards
- Handle bookings efficiently and accommodate special requests or preferences to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the restaurant's menus, promotions, and daily operations to confidently assist guests
- Liaise with the front of house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and transparent communication
- Support reception team as per requirements

- A genuine love for culinary experiences and a passion for Japanese cuisine
- Naturally friendly, customer oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences

Role Overview
- As a ROKA Reservationist, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience.
- You'll create memorable moments, embody our vibrant restaurant energy, and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that define the Roka experience.
Main Duties
- Provide a warm and professional interaction with all guests by phone and email, ensuring their first impression reflects the restaurant’s high standards.
