About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist guests in selecting beverages and cocktails that complement their meals
- Prepare and serve beverages to the highest standard, including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non alcoholic drinks
- Support in tracking bar stock levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper storage and handling of all beverages and ingredients
- Consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in guest experience
- Work closely with Bar Manager, bartenders, and Front of House to ensure smooth bar operations and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a premium, high volume restaurant environment
- A genuine love for hospitality and passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences
- Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive as part of a large dynamic team
- Warm, customer focused approach with ability to create memorable moments for every guest

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests in selecting beverages and cocktails that complement their meals, considering their preferences and the restaurant's offerings
- Prepare and serve beverages to the highest standard, including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non alcoholic drinks while confidently explaining ingredients and recommendations
- Support in tracking bar stock levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper storage and handling of all beverages and ingredients
- To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
- Work closely with the Bar Manager, bartenders, and Front of House to ensure smooth bar operations, efficient service, and guest satisfaction
