Overview
- As a ROKA Reservationist, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience.
- ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurants.
Main Duties
- Provide a warm and professional interaction with all guests by phone and email.
- Handle bookings efficiently and accommodate special requests or preferences.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the restaurant's menus, promotions, and daily operations.
- Liaise with the front of house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
- Support reception team as per requirements.
