- Check reservations daily for compliance to ensure minimum response time is maintained
- Ensure quality of reservation in terms of guest details, rates, payment methods
- Plan and use efficient organizational skills to run daily operations
- Organize on the job and weekly training for all staff
- Keep reservations staff informed on all changes or developments within the hotel and company
- Spot check reservations made the previous day and check all VIP arrivals
- Train, develop, and motivate staff to increase productivity
- Keep department informed of all changes in customer profile, rates, strategies, promotions, and specials
- Conduct shift briefings
Requirements
- Experience in hotel reservation supervision
- Ability to train and motivate staff
- Knowledge of reservation systems and quality standards
