About the role
- Support Discover Qatar reservations at FKB property in processing and confirming bookings/reservations for all water sport activities.
- Assist and record sales in the retail outlet.
- Provide seamless operations and excellent services to clients/customers (B2C) and promote Qatar as a premium tourism destination.
Accountabilities
- Answer all customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner (face to face, phone and email).
- Organize scheduling of lessons and communicate to the team in an organized and clear manner.
- Follow up all scheduled lessons for confirmation within 24 hours of booking.
- Record all bookings through VIBE system.
- Responsible for collection of payment, verification and transfer of records to DQ finance team on a daily basis.
- Monitor retail inventory and assist Senior reservation officer with monthly report and orders.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge to provide expert advice and information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints to resolve and close any issues.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position.
