- Answer customer enquiries face to face, by phone, and email
- Organize scheduling of lessons and communicate to the team
- Follow up on scheduled lessons for confirmation within 24 hours
- Record bookings through VIBE system
- Collect payments, verify and transfer records to finance team
- Monitor retail inventory and assist with monthly reports and orders
- Maintain product knowledge to provide expert advice
- Handle customer complaints to resolve issues
Requirements
- Command of English language
- Technical knowledge of kitesurfing
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- Experience with reservations system

About the role
- Support Discover Qatar reservations at FKB property in processing and confirming bookings/reservations for all water sport activities, in addition to assisting and recording sales in the retail outlet.
- Provide seamless operations and excellent services to clients/customers (B2C) and promote Qatar as a premium tourism destination.
- Enhance customer experience through implementation and adherence of operational procedures, operational standards and allocation of team tasks.
Accountabilities
- Answer all customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner (face to face, phone and email).
- Organize scheduling of lessons and communicate to the team in an organized and clear manner.
- Follow up all scheduled lessons for confirmation within 24 hours of booking.
- Record all bookings through VIBE system.
- Responsible for collection of payment, verification and transfer of records to DQ finance team on a daily basis.
- Monitor retail inventory and assist Senior reservation officer with monthly report and orders.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge to be able to provide expert advice and information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints in order to resolve and close any issues.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position
Essential
- Command of English language
- Technical Knowledge of Kitesurfing
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- Experience with reservations system
