Rental Asset Operations Manager

Job Overview

Operational Execution and Coordination

• Plan, allocate, book, and optimize rental assets across all categories.
• Manage preparation, dispatch, returns, inspection, and system updates for inbound and outbound rental assets.
• Provision and allocate manpower for warehouse and operational activities.
• Coordinate vehicle bookings, material transportation, packing lists, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with project, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and operations teams.

Asset Tracking and Readiness

• Track asset movements through rental management systems, RFID systems, and other operational technologies.
• Ensure accurate rental asset transactions and traceability in company systems.
• Coordinate maintenance requirements, repair flow, asset availability, condition, and operational readiness.
• Support process standardization across rental asset categories.

Performance and Governance

• Monitor utilization, tracking and inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, Furniture site activities, service quality, operational costs, equipment, and compliance.
• Manage purchase requests, preparation standards, movement transactions, timesheets, manpower allocation, return reports, and operational expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with tracking, scanning, and asset identification procedures.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive rental asset planning and forecasting, asset traceability, RFID improvements, warehouse preparation, dispatch, installation, and derig processes.
• Coordinate asset maintenance, inventory control, operational reporting, process automation, system integration, and KPI monitoring.

Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum five years of experience in rental operations, warehouse operations, supply chain, or asset management roles.
• Experience in events, exhibitions, logistics, rental, or similarly complex operational environments is strongly preferred.

Education and Systems

• Knowledge of supply chain processes and ISO processes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP, asset management, and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Languages and Additional Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
• Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic language capability is an advantage.
• Inter-departmental cross training is required.
• Work on weekends and extended hours may be required based on operational demands.
• UAE Driving License is required.
