As Relationship Manager you will do:
1. Account Management
Single point of entry: The client doesn't have to shuttle between a mortgage broker and a banker.
They call their Relationship Manager, who coordinates all processes.
Information: Regular status updates (deal stage, mortgage approval status, finalization stage).
Retention: Addressing any negative feedback if there are any delays in the back office.
2. Deal Completion
Document Management: Ensuring that all documents are collected, reviewed by a lawyer, and signed on time.
Client Salary Monitoring: Collecting clients' salaries within two weeks.
Payment Collection: Monitoring transactions and cash receipts throughout the transaction.
3. Client Development
LTV (Lifetime Value): Increasing profit per client by offering additional services (insurance, property management, resale).
4. Referral System
- Turning loyal customers into brand advocates.
- Managing your database to generate new leads through word-of-mouth referrals.
- Working with affiliates through the affiliate program.
