- Proficiency in Russian and English, with the ability to prepare and present financial information clearly in both languages
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting tools; familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and real estate market practices in Dubai or the wider UAE region
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) are a plus
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, collaborate with diverse teams

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Finance Manager (Russian Speaker) role based in Dubai. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company’s real estate portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
