Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operations of the real estate portfolio including property management activities
- Coordinate with service providers and monitor operational performance
- Develop and implement operational policies and optimize processes
- Ensure high level of customer service for investors, tenants, and partners
- Manage and mentor operational staff
- Align budgets with strategic objectives and provide analytical reports to senior leadership
- Liaise with Russian speaking stakeholders and ensure clear communication

Requirements
- Strong operations management skills with proven experience in real estate or property related activities
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and prepare performance reports

- Fluency in Russian and strong proficiency in English
- Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or investment operations in Dubai or similar markets is preferred

Role Description
- The Operational Director (Russian Speaker) Real Estate is a full time, on site role based in Dubai overseeing day to day operations of the real estate portfolio.
- Responsibilities include property management, coordination with service providers, monitoring operational performance, developing policies, optimizing processes, and ensuring customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management skills with proven experience in real estate or property related activities.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, prepare performance reports, and support operational decision making.
- Demonstrated team management capabilities, including leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in budgeting and financial oversight, including cost control and resource allocation.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Fluency in Russian and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or investment operations in Dubai or similar markets is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills, with a proactive and detail oriented approach.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and collaborate with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.
