Role Description

  • Full time, on site role providing high level administrative and organizational support to the CEO.
  • Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar and daily schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and follow up actions, and organizing travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Drafting and translating correspondence and documents in Russian and English, preparing presentations and reports, and maintaining accurate expense records and reimbursements.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient information flow, handling confidential materials with discretion, and supporting special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including handling high level correspondence and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate complex calendars.
  • Experience with Expense Reports and related financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Solid Administrative Assistance capabilities, including organizing meetings, maintaining records, and preparing documents.
  • Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written), with excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Prior experience supporting C level executives, preferably in investment, finance, or professional services environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced setting.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability, with a service oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, calendar and conferencing tools).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
