- Manage the preparation, review, and presentation of financial statements and reports for internal leadership, investors, and regulatory bodies
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating audits
- Support transaction structuring, debt and equity financing, and deal due diligence
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate closely with investment, legal, and operations teams
- Communicate regularly with Russian speaking stakeholders and partners
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Finance with demonstrated experience in corporate finance and real estate investment environments
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements
- Advanced Analytical Skills
- Fluent or native Russian language skills, with professional proficiency in English
- Proven leadership experience in a senior finance role, ideally as CFO or Finance Director
- Experience in real estate investment, development, or asset management in the MENA region is highly beneficial
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax considerations, and compliance requirements in the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) or MBA preferred

Role Overview
- The CFO will manage the preparation, review, and presentation of financial statements and reports for internal leadership, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating audits.
- Support transaction structuring, debt and equity financing, and deal due diligence.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with investment, legal, and operations teams.
- Communicate regularly with Russian speaking stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance with demonstrated experience in corporate finance and real estate investment environments.
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements in line with relevant accounting standards.
- Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities, risks, and returns.
- Fluent or native Russian language skills, with professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proven leadership experience in a senior finance role, ideally as CFO or Finance Director, managing cross functional teams.
- Experience in real estate investment, development, or asset management in the MENA region is highly beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax considerations, and compliance requirements in the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) or an MBA is preferred.
- High level of integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to operate in a fast paced, growth oriented environment.
