Responsibilities
- Serve as single point of contact for clients, coordinating all processes including mortgage and banking
- Provide regular status updates on deal stage, mortgage approval, and finalization
- Manage document collection, review by lawyer, and timely signing
- Monitor client salary collection and payment transactions
- Increase client lifetime value by offering additional services (insurance, property management, resale)
- Generate referrals through client advocacy and affiliate program
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian (required)
- Experience in account management or client relations
- Knowledge of real estate processes
