Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager with a strong background in off plan sales, developer relations, and investment advisory.
  • This is a high impact, revenue generating role requiring strong commercial acumen, market expertise, and a proven ability to build and convert strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and distribute Banke Capital's portfolio of off plan investment opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long term relationships with brokers, developers, investors, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Achieve individual sales and distribution targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
  • Provide clients with informed guidance on market trends and investment opportunities.
  • Expand and leverage professional networks.
  • Monitor market activity and competitor developments.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of Dubai real estate experience, preferably within off plan sales, developer sales, investment advisory, or capital focused real estate environments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local and international investors, brokerage firms, and strategic partners across key investor markets, including CIS and Eastern Europe.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing off plan transactions.
  • Strong network of brokers.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Commercially driven with a client focused approach.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, target driven environment.
