Responsibilities
- Promote and distribute Banke Capital's portfolio of off plan investment opportunities to investors, brokerage firms, and strategic channel partners
- Build, manage, and strengthen long term relationships with brokers, developers, investors, and key industry stakeholders
- Achieve individual sales and distribution targets by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and successfully closing transactions
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement through reservation, contract execution, and payment milestones
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, pipeline progression, and forecasts through CRM systems
- Provide clients with informed guidance on market trends, project offerings, investment opportunities, and potential returns
- Expand and leverage professional networks to generate new business, referrals, and repeat investment opportunities
- Monitor market activity, pricing trends, investor demand, and competitor developments to identify opportunities and support business growth
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Dubai real estate experience, preferably within off plan sales, developer sales, investment advisory, or capital focused real estate environments
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing off plan transactions
- Strong network of brokers
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills
- Commercially driven with a client focused approach
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, target driven environment

Role Overview

Candidate Profile
