Company Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on Dubai's off plan property market and recommend suitable investment opportunities based on their objectives.
  • Promote and sell projects from Dubai's leading developers while maintaining in depth knowledge of current launches, payment plans, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, end users, and referral partners to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client consultation through property viewings, negotiations, booking, and post sales follow up.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
  • Attend developer launches, exhibitions, networking events, and training sessions to stay informed of new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the transaction process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate sales experience, preferably in Off Plan/Primary Sales.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and developer projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and passionate about sales.
  • Ability to build long term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are preferred.
