About the Role

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Dubai's off plan property market and recommend suitable investment opportunities
- Promote and sell projects from Dubai's leading developers while maintaining in depth knowledge of current launches, payment plans, and market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, end users, and referral partners to generate repeat business and referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client consultation through property viewings, negotiations, booking, and post sales follow up
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using the company's CRM system
- Attend developer launches, exhibitions, networking events, and training sessions to stay informed of new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the transaction process
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate sales experience, preferably in Off Plan/Primary Sales
- Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and developer projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and passionate about sales
- Ability to build long term client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are preferred
