Role Overview
- This is a performance driven sales and/or leasing role, not a salaried desk job.
- You’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing property transactions, and building long term investor relationships in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
- Income is uncapped and directly tied to results.
Key Responsibilities
- Secondary sales and leasing properties across Dubai
- Advise local and international clients on property investments
- Generate leads through portals, networking, referrals, and self sourcing
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate deals and close transactions end to end
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Build and manage long term client relationships
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and developer launches
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
