- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the Dubai market (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to build a successful career in real estate
- Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Self motivated with a target driven mindset
- Holds a valid UAE driving license
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, commission based environment
