- Overseeing accurate production and timely submission of reporting across capital, liquidity, and financial resilience pillars
- Improving best practices by optimising control and governance systems
- Ensuring reporting requirements are met within deadlines and to the highest standard of accuracy and completeness
- Reviewing and challenging data inputs and outputs
- Explaining regulatory concepts and requirements to key stakeholders
- Reviewing and evaluating new and changing reporting rules
- Supporting the review and implementation of new products
- Executing detailed quality checks and validation processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a regulatory reporting manager in a bank or other regulated financial services entity
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for UAE financial institutions (CBUAE/DFSA/ADGM/SCA)
- Impressive analytical and numerical skills
- To be a self starter and independent worker
- To be well organised and capable of meeting tight regulatory deadlines

- We're looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager who can utilise data to create clear, compliant regulatory reports.
- This role plays a key part in how we meet our obligations to local regulators.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing accurate production and timely submission of reporting across capital, liquidity, and financial resilience pillars.
- Improving best practices by optimising control and governance systems, with clear documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Ensuring reporting requirements are met within deadlines and to the highest standard of accuracy and completeness.
- Reviewing and challenging data inputs and outputs, ensuring that regulatory information is prepared and disclosed in a consistent manner.
- Explaining regulatory concepts and requirements, including capital calculations, ratios, and workings, to key stakeholders.
- Reviewing and evaluating new and changing reporting rules.
- Supporting the review and implementation of new products, including reporting requirements and key metric impact.
- Executing detailed quality checks and validation processes to ensure submitted reports meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience as a regulatory reporting manager in a bank or other regulated financial services entity.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for UAE financial institutions (CBUAE/DFSA/ADGM/SCA).
- Impressive analytical and numerical skills, with a proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory text.
- To be a self starter and independent worker.
- To be well organised and capable of meeting tight regulatory deadlines.

Nice to have
- Experience with data warehouses, SQL queries, and reporting solutions.
