- Architect Executive Governance: Strategically oversee and refine compliance frameworks for high stakes leadership processes
- Drive Executive Second Line Challenge: Serve as a trusted advisor to global Talent leadership, critically evaluating 1LoD initiatives
- Direct Incident Resolution & Remediation: Lead review and independent challenge of internal incidents
- Build Institutional Architecture: Design, author, and deploy global corporate policy ecosystems
- Map Global & Jurisdictional Standards: Maintain cross border regulatory mapping architecture and drive macro horizon scanning
- Shape Corporate Culture & Competency: Define vision for and oversee execution of company wide regulatory training and competency curriculum
Requirements
- 7+ years of deep, high pressure experience navigating complex regulatory environments
- Comprehensive, hands on expertise in senior management regimes, specifically SMCR, international accountability rules, EMD, MLR, and complex Conflicts of Interest (COI) protocols
- Proven track record of translating complex, multi jurisdictional legislation into clear, practical internal compliance policies and gap analyses
- Advanced understanding of how internal compliance and personnel risk directly interplay with commercial business performance
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven capability to challenge, influence, and partner with C suite executives and federal regulators

- Direct Incident Resolution & Remediation: Lead the review and independent challenge of internal, 1LoD handled incidents.
- Build Institutional Architecture: Design, author, and deploy global corporate policy ecosystems completely from a blank page.
- Map Global & Jurisdictional Standards: Maintain an ironclad, cross border regulatory mapping architecture.
- Shape Corporate Culture & Competency: Define the vision for, and oversee the execution of, an institutional, company wide regulatory training and competency curriculum.
What you'll need
- Senior Professional Track Record: 7+ years of deep, high pressure experience navigating complex regulatory environments.
- Mastery of Individual Accountability: Comprehensive, hands on expertise in navigating senior management regimes—specifically SMCR, international accountability rules, EMD, MLR, and complex Conflicts of Interest (COI) protocols.
- Elite Framework Engineering: A proven track record of translating complex, multi jurisdictional legislation into clear, practical, and highly advanced internal compliance policies and gap analyses.
- Commercial Leadership & Balance: Advanced understanding of how internal compliance and personnel risk directly interplay with commercial business performance.
- Executive Communication & Presence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the proven capability to challenge, influence, and partner with C suite executives internally and federal regulators externally.
