Responsibilities
- Architect executive governance: oversee compliance frameworks for leadership processes, senior accountability regimes, and regulated remuneration structures
- Drive executive second line challenge: serve as trusted advisor to global Talent leadership, critically evaluating 1LoD initiatives
- Direct incident resolution and remediation: lead review and independent challenge of internal incidents
- Build institutional architecture: design, author, and deploy global corporate policy ecosystems
- Map global and jurisdictional standards: maintain cross border regulatory mapping and drive horizon scanning
- Shape corporate culture and competency: define vision for company wide regulatory training and competency curriculum
Requirements
- 7+ years of deep, high pressure experience navigating complex regulatory environments
- Comprehensive, hands on expertise in senior management regimes (SMCR, international accountability rules, EMD, MLR, COI protocols)
- Proven track record of translating multi jurisdictional legislation into internal compliance policies
- Advanced understanding of how internal compliance and personnel risk interplay with commercial business performance
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to challenge and influence C suite executives and regulators

- We’re looking for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to champion and safeguard our global employee and talent regulatory frameworks.
What you'll be doing
- Strategically oversee and refine compliance frameworks for high stakes leadership processes, taking the lead on senior accountability regimes, global Statements of Responsibilities, and complex regulated remuneration structures.
- Serve as a trusted, authoritative advisor to our global Talent leadership team, critically evaluating 1LoD initiatives and providing high impact, independent feedback.
- Lead the review and independent challenge of internal, 1LoD handled incidents, ensuring systemic root cause investigations result in fair, bulletproof, and legally sound remediation.
- Design, author, and deploy global corporate policy ecosystems completely from a blank page.
- Maintain an ironclad, cross border regulatory mapping architecture, driving macro horizon scanning to anticipate and absorb shifting individual accountability and employment laws.
- Define the vision for, and oversee the execution of, an institutional, company wide regulatory training and competency curriculum.
What you'll need
- 7+ years of deep, high pressure experience navigating complex regulatory environments.
- Comprehensive, hands on expertise in navigating senior management regimes – specifically SMCR, international accountability rules, EMD, MLR, and complex Conflicts of Interest (COI) protocols.
- A proven track record of translating complex, multi jurisdictional legislation into clear, practical, and highly advanced internal compliance policies and gap analyses.
- Advanced understanding of how internal compliance and personnel risk directly interplay with commercial business performance, business growth, and corporate reputation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the proven capability to challenge, influence, and partner with C suite executives internally and federal regulators externally.
