- Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision
- Developing and executing a world class compliance framework and training programme
- Supporting regulatory licence applications
- Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture
- Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies
- Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice
- Supporting interactions with regulators
Requirements
- Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
- An understanding of digital asset products
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
- Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
- Solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
- Ability to communicate positively with regulators and internal teams
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
