- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning
- Lead the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, partnerships, events, and CRM channels
- Drive guest acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives to support revenue growth and brand loyalty
- Manage marketing calendars, campaign performance, and promotional activities across GCC markets
- Collaborate closely with operations, culinary, and commercial teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business priorities
- Oversee content creation, brand communications, and storytelling to maintain consistency across all guest touchpoints
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, influencers, and creative suppliers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Track marketing performance, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize ROI
- Support new venue launches, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and brand expansion initiatives as required
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources across regional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5 8 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle, or luxury consumer brands
- Proven experience developing and executing multi channel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, CRM, and guest engagement programs
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing initiatives into measurable business results
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, creative, and capable of working in a fast paced environment

Candidate Profile

- Background with leading hospitality and restaurant groups would be advantageous
- Experience supporting restaurant openings or expansion projects
