My client are looking for an outstanding Regional eCommerce Manager to support their MENA electronics business
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement ecommerce strategies and plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
Manage the end-to-end ecommerce operations, including website management, product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
Analyze and optimize ecommerce performance, including conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, IT, and logistics, to ensure seamless ecommerce operations.
Monitor and manage online advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product assortment and pricing strategies.
Manage relationships with ecommerce vendors, such as payment processors and logistics partners.
Oversee website design and user experience enhancements to improve conversion rates.
Stay informed about emerging ecommerce technologies and tools to continuously improve the ecommerce platform.
