- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence executive leadership

Role Overview
- Deliveroo is looking for a Recruitment Lead GTM & Commercial to join the Dubai team on an 8 month fixed term contract (maternity cover).
- In this role, you’ll lead commercial talent acquisition strategy across EMEA, driving hyper growth of Go To Market teams across sales, account management, marketing, operations, advertising, and strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a high performing team: Hire, lead, and develop a world class EMEA GTM recruitment team.
- Drive strategy and execution: Partner with commercial, finance, and people leadership to design and execute a comprehensive hiring roadmap.
- Build scalable processes: Design, implement, and iterate on global interviewing, sourcing, and assessment tools.
- Influence with data: Deploy advanced forecasting, reporting, and analytics to track key metrics.
- Embed DEI and values: Champion Deliveroo’s diversity and inclusion goals throughout the hiring lifecycle.
