About the Role
Deliveroo is seeking a Recruitment Manager for APAC and ME on an 8-month fixed-term contract to lead commercial talent acquisition across EMEA. You will manage a team of recruiters, drive hiring strategy, and partner with senior leaders to scale GTM teams.

Job Description
- Recruitment Manager APAC & ME 8 month FTC at Deliveroo, based in Dubai.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a high performing team of over 10 recruiters across EMEA.
- Partner with senior global leaders to align recruitment practices with business needs.
- Design, implement, and iterate on global interviewing, sourcing, and assessment tools.
- Deploy advanced forecasting, reporting, and analytics to track key metrics.
- Champion Deliveroo’s diversity and inclusion goals throughout the hiring lifecycle.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
- Significant GTM leadership experience in high growth environments.
- Demonstrated experience navigating the hiring landscape across UAE, specifically Dubai.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and manage recruitment leads and senior specialists.
- Strong capability leveraging data and analytics to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and influence executive leadership.
