- Maintain accurate records on ATS/CRM systems
- Stay updated on market trends and talent availability in Russian speaking regions
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian (mandatory)
- Good working proficiency in English
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Job description
- We are hiring Recruitment Executive to be based in Dubai, UAE for our client which is a well established, fast growing multi location entity operating within the education and training sector, delivering structured learning and development services across multiple sites in the region.
Location and Salary
- Location Dubai, UAE
- Salary 10,000 12,000 AED
Role Overview
- The Recruitment Executive will lead the organization’s end to end recruitment strategy across local and international markets.
- This role will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing a high performing talent acquisition function that supports multi site operations and ongoing regional growth.
