This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Consultant role based in Dubai, focused on hiring for Fintech, AI, and Energy markets.

The Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for graduate and experienced positions.

Day-to-day activities include building talent pipelines, conducting market research, advising clients on hiring strategies, and coordinating the interview and offer process.

The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients, preparing candidate profiles, and ensuring a high-quality, inclusive experience for all stakeholders.

The consultant will collaborate closely with internal colleagues and client hiring teams to meet recruitment targets and support business growth.

The role is 360 consulting, ability to earn and manage portfolio of clients in AI, Fintech & Energy domain in the Middle east region.

Owner of the sourcing and delivery process.

Driven by high revenue and attractive incentives over and above the fixed salary.

Must be proficient in CV sourcing techniques, networking skills, efficient client management and subject matter expert in either FinTech OR AI OR Energy domains

• Candidates should possess strong recruiting and graduate recruitment skills, with experience managing full-cycle hiring processes.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in the middle east region
• Candidates should possess consulting skills, including the ability to advise clients on talent strategies and market trends.
• Proven track record of revenue based consulting & portfolio of clients in the region.
• Candidates should possess interviewing and communication skills to assess candidate fit and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to maintain long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
• Prior experience in agency or in-house recruitment within Fintech, AI, or Energy sectors is highly beneficial.
• Ability to travel if required for business meetings
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, using ATS/CRM tools and digital sourcing platforms effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong ethical mindset, commitment to non-discriminatory hiring practices, and awareness of local and international employment standards.
• Ability to join immediately will be preferred.
• Option to work from Ras Al Khaimah or Dubai offices
