- Ensure smooth communication between clients and candidates throughout the process
- Support account growth and long term client success
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or account management (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast paced environment
- Proactive, structured, and results driven mindset
- Knowledge of the UAE/GCC market is a strong advantage

About the Role
