- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre employment documentation
- Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate with department heads and management to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
- Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within engineering consultancy, construction, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and interview techniques
- Experience hiring for technical, engineering, and professional roles is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms/job portals
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Overview
- Morgan Consulting Engineers (MCE) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the company’s hiring and workforce requirements across engineering, technical, and corporate departments.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the full recruitment cycle while ensuring the attraction and selection of high calibre candidates aligned with company requirements and culture.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with experience handling recruitment within engineering consultancy, construction, or related industries.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower request to onboarding.

Required Qualifications and Years of Experience
