- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the consultant team during construction
- Ensure that the contractor delivers the project in accordance with design intent, specifications, and contract terms
- Monitor alignment with the client’s vision, goals, and expected outcomes
- Serve as the key liaison between the client, contractor, consultant team, and relevant authorities
- Chair and lead regular project progress meetings, site coordination meetings, and client briefings
- Review and monitor the contractor’s construction schedule and progress; analyze milestones and recommend corrective actions
- Oversee the preparation and submission of progress reports to the client
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Supervise quality inspections and audits carried out by site supervision teams
- Identify project risks during construction and ensure mitigation plans are in place
- Review and approve any design modifications or technical submittals proposed during construction
- Supervise the performance of the site supervision consultant or engineer of record
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 12 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a project management role overseeing construction sites
- Proven experience managing projects in healthcare, commercial, residential, or institutional sectors
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, building codes, and technical design principles
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Proficient in project management tools, AutoCAD/Revit, and construction scheduling software
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to be based on site full time, with flexibility to travel between project locations
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus

Qualifications
