- Organize and define project tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met

- Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently; monitor and track project expenses and prepare financial reports
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans; resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; provide regular project updates
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Monitor project performance and prepare regular status reports including progress, risks, and issues
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed, tested, and approved before closing the project
- Finalize project documentation and ensure proper knowledge transfer; conduct post project evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's Degree is an advantage
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project management within engineering consultancy, construction, or related industries
- Proven experience managing large scale and multidisciplinary projects from initiation to completion
- Healthcare project experience is highly preferred
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent project management certification is required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Proficient in project management software and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards

Job Description Overview
- We are seeking a highly experienced and results driven Projects Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects within our engineering consultancy firm.
- The ideal candidate will manage project teams, coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
- The role involves overseeing project schedules, resource allocation, risk management, technical coordination, and overall project performance.
