Position Summary
Serve as a key resource for recreation activities facilitated on the property.
Provide information about pools, beaches, entertainment zones, game rooms, fitness centers, and child activity centers.
Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
Guest and Recreation Services
- Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities.
- Promote facility rules and regulations intended to protect the safety and welfare of guests and members.
- Assist with private functions, group activities, and events within recreation facilities.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and provide professional communication.
Safety and Facility Operations
- Observe recreational activities and respond according to local operating procedures during emergencies.
- Inform a supervisor or manager when guests may be unable to participate safely.
- Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
- Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
