Position Summary
Concierge Supervisor role in Rooms & Guest Services Operations at Le Méridien in Dubai.
The schedule is full time and the role is performed at the hotel location.
Guest and Front Desk Operations
- Process guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms, and issue or activate room keys.
- Set up accurate guest accounts, enter Marriott Rewards information, verify rates, and document exceptions.
- Provide directions and property information, accommodate guest requests, and follow up to confirm requests are met.
- Process payments, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges; balance receipts and secure the bank.
- Compile daily reports, logs, contingency lists, cashier reports, and closing reports.
- Obtain manual authorizations, follow accounting procedures, and report theft concerns to Loss Prevention or Security.
Team and Service Standards
- Assist management with training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Support fair-treatment and open-door processes and maintain positive working relationships.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express appreciation.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, confidentiality requirements, asset-protection practices, and quality standards.
