About the job
- Provide information about the pools, beach, and resort while following instructions, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Set up pool and beach areas, including loungers, towels, covers, side tables, and umbrellas.
- Maintain assigned areas and stations using clean-as-you-go procedures.
- Complete closing duties, cleaning, restocking, security, and daily checklist tasks.
- Support smooth coordination between kitchen and service areas.
- Provide hands-on support to chefs and the assistant outlet manager.
About you
- College degree in culinary arts or a similar field from an accredited culinary school.
- 0-1 year of experience in a range of kitchen areas, ideally in luxury hospitality.
