Responsibilities
- Provide information about the pools, beach, and resort while following operating procedures.
- Set up pool and beach areas with loungers, towels, covers, side tables, and umbrellas.
- Maintain clean work areas and assigned stations throughout the day.
- Complete closing duties, equipment cleaning, restocking, security checks, and daily checklists.
- Coordinate between kitchen and service areas to support smooth operations and service standards.
- Support chefs and the assistant outlet manager with assigned duties.
Qualifications
- College degree in Culinary Arts or a similar qualification from an accredited culinary school.
- 0–1 year of experience across a range of kitchen areas.
- Luxury hospitality experience is preferred.
