- Receive deliveries of small parcels and advise the addressee
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy, presentable condition
- Direct callers to the correct extensions/department and connect them to the right contact
- Take and pass on messages, identifying urgent requests and escalating/expediting responses when needed
- Support with routine parking and taxi arrangements (if applicable)
- Issue and collect security badges for visitors (as needed)
- Perform basic clerical tasks and/or simple copy typing when time permits
- Represent the organization with tact, discretion, and courtesy at all times
Requirements
- High school graduate
- Arabic & English communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong customer service mindset and professional etiquette
- Ability to handle front desk duties calmly, accurately, and with attention to detail

Overview
