About the Role
We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Adoption Success Manager & Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders, translate needs into M365 use cases, drive adoption, and build internal capability.

- Lead business engagement and discovery across stakeholders to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities
- Capture, document, and prioritize business requirements for M365 enablement
- Document and improve current state and future state processes, creating process flows aligned to Microsoft best practices
- Map business needs and processes to the right Microsoft 365 workloads (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Entra, Purview, Intune, Viva, Power BI, Defender, Graph)
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and lightweight PoCs to validate value and enable adoption
- Develop an internal champions network and transfer knowledge to ensure sustainability after the engagement
- Define and track value based adoption metrics tied to business outcomes
- Provide concise, leadership ready value realization reporting focused on outcomes and impact
- Deliver adoption recommendations, roadmaps, and a final handover package
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in M365/O365 adoption and business analysis roles
- Proven experience helping organizations adopting M365 for the first time
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and ability to translate business needs into practical digital outcomes
- Experience with Copilot and/or modern collaboration and productivity adoption is a plus
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to engage in a sensitive client environment

Role Overview
- For one of our clients we are looking for a Microsoft 365 Adoption Success Manager & Business Analyst.
- You’ll partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate needs into practical M365 use cases, improve business processes, drive measurable adoption, and build internal capability through champions and structured knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business engagement and discovery across stakeholders to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
- Capture, document, and prioritize business requirements for M365 enablement.
- Document and improve current state and future state processes, creating process flows aligned to Microsoft best practices.
- Map business needs and processes to the right Microsoft 365 workloads (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Entra, Purview, Intune, Viva, Power BI, Defender, Graph).
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and lightweight PoCs to validate value and enable “how do I do this?” adoption.
- Develop an internal champions network and transfer knowledge to ensure sustainability after the engagement.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in M365/O365 adoption and business analysis roles.
- Proven experience helping organizations adopting M365 for the first time.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and the ability to translate business needs into practical digital outcomes (non technical profile preferred).
- Experience with Copilot and/or modern collaboration and productivity adoption is a plus.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to engage in a sensitive client environment.
