- Assist in the administration and operation of servers, applications, and system platforms
- Monitor system availability, performance, and logs; respond to alerts and incidents
- Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for system and application related issues
- Support backup and basic disaster recovery activities
- Assist in system updates, patching, and scheduled maintenance activities
- Execute basic scripts or tools to automate repetitive operational tasks
- Assist with simple database queries for validation, reporting, or troubleshooting
- Follow defined procedures for incident, problem, and change management
- Document system configurations, scripts, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with senior system administrators, developers, and support teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in system administration, IT support, or technical role
- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript)
- Basic knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server environments
- Understanding of system administration fundamentals (services, users, permissions)
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, ports, firewalls)
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and backup concepts
- Basic scripting or development skills: PowerShell or Bash for automation, basic Python, basic SQL
- Ability to read, understand, and modify simple scripts or code
- Willingness to work in shifts

Job Overview
