Responsibilities
- Translate integration vision into a prioritized roadmap and backlog
- Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements based on impact, feasibility, and delivery readiness
- Align integration delivery with digital strategy and member experience goals
- Define product features mapped to NPHIES, FHIR, HL7, and Saudi billing standards
- Maintain and evolve the API catalog and reusable integration patterns
- Own integrations with hospitals, polyclinics, pharmacies, labs, diagnostic centers, and medical equipment/IoMT vendors
- Deliver end to end flows for e prescriptions, lab orders/results, and device data
- Define and manage integration SLAs across service fulfillment, clinical accuracy, data integrity, and member experience
- Coordinate delivery with HIS/EMR and external vendor teams to ensure timelines are met
- Deliver regulator mandated integrations (e.g., NPHIES/CCHI/MOH/ZATCA) on time
- Integrate internal core systems (e.g., insurance, claims, CRM, finance, and digital channels) to support end to end journeys
- Drive API first design, versioning strategy, and reusable services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in Product Management, Integration Product Ownership, or Solution/Integration Consulting within healthcare, health insurance, or healthcare technology
- Demonstrated experience delivering B2B healthcare integrations with pharmacies, laboratories/diagnostic centers, medical equipment/IoMT vendors, regulators, and/or HIS/EMR platforms
- Strong understanding of payer–provider workflows including eligibility, pre authorization, claims submission/adjudication, e prescriptions, lab orders/results, and clinical/device data exchange
- Ability to translate partner, regulatory, and business needs into integration product requirements, API specifications, and user stories
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical, clinical, vendor, and regulatory audiences
- Proven ability to work in fast paced and regulated environments with ambiguity
- Strong bias for outcomes, ownership, and continuous improvement

Role Overview
