Position Summary
Provide health club reception and administrative support for guests and employees.
Enter and retrieve database information related to records, files, reservations, and inquiries.
Use computers, office equipment, mail, and document systems to support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Handle, date stamp, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Create and maintain computer-based and paper-based filing systems.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and business transactions.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and respond to concerns.
- Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Requirements
- Clear and professional verbal communication.
- Accurate and complete written document preparation and review.
- Appropriate telephone etiquette and guest-service conduct.
- Ability to use computers, databases, office software, and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
Schedule
- Full-time schedule.
