Job Purpose
- The Receptionist provides a welcoming and professional first point of contact for visitors and callers, manages front desk operations, supports administrative tasks, and ensures a clean, organized, and secure reception area.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors in a positive & friendly manner and helpful attitude, and answer any questions visitors have
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Timely notifying company personnel of visitor arrival
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a copy machine and a computer
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received through the system or log
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Ensure the visitor does not wait for the company personnel for more than 5 mins
- Ensure all tenant and visitor meetings are held in the meeting rooms
- Maintains security and telecommunications system
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma
Work Experience
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar or same position

Languages
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
